A 33-year-old man reported his wallet containing his credit cards was stolen from the Hilo area last year sometime between 9 p.m. Sept. 23 and the early morning hours of Sept. 24, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
Police later recovered a video surveillance image of a man who used the credit card at various Kona businesses Sept. 24. That man is Caucasian, possibly in his 30s, bald, approximately 6-feet tall with numerous piercings on his face. He was wearing dark shorts, no shirt and a white necklace during the transactions.
